Signs your books need a cleanup
- Bank balance does not match QuickBooks. Reconciliations were skipped or forced, and the difference keeps growing.
- Uncategorized transactions. Hundreds of lines in Ask My Accountant or uncategorized expense.
- Duplicates from bank feeds. The same payment recorded twice, inflating income or expenses.
- Your CPA sent the books back. Tax season is here and the file is not ready to work from.

Questions owners ask us
How long does a cleanup take?
It depends on how many months are behind and how many transactions each month holds. We scope it on the discovery call before any work starts.
Do we have to continue with monthly bookkeeping after?
No. Ongoing service is month to month, and it keeps you current once the cleanup is done.
Do you work in Xero too?
Yes. We clean up and maintain books in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Do you prepare taxes?
No. We hand your CPA clean, reconciled books to file from. We do not prepare returns.
Do you work with contractors nationwide?
Yes. We are a remote team serving businesses across the United States.
