Do you only work with HVAC companies near you?
No. We work remotely with HVAC contractors across the United States. Everything runs through your accounting software and a shared, secure document folder.
Which software do you use?
QuickBooks Online or Xero. If your field service software feeds invoices into either one, we work from what it sends.
Do you prepare taxes?
No. We keep your books reconciled and current and hand your CPA or tax preparer clean financials to file from. We do not prepare returns.
What if my books are months behind?
We start with a catch-up and cleanup, priced per month of backlog, then keep you current. The exact cleanup fee is confirmed on the free discovery call.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Service is month to month.
